YOUR TASK
- Responding to customer inquiries (via E-mail and telephone, and multilingual)
- Attendance to department and company meetings for improving internal structures and procedures in the Support department
- You take over recurring adminstrative tasks
- Communication within the department regarding customer inquiries
YOUR PROFILE
- You live and study in Groningen
- You speak German and English (additional languages are an advantage, especially Italian or Spanish)
- You want to gain some valuable work experience alongside your studies and want to put some of your knowledge into practice
- You can work approx. 12 to 20 hours per week (may include weekends in the home office)
