As Customer Relationship Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the optimized use of our CRM tool, so that we not only attract new customers, but also so our existing customers cannot resist new orders.

In addition to growth, you definitely also focus on our customers.

Your Job

  • Responsibility for the customer satisfaction of our online shop (www.global-tickets.com)
  • Focus on the expansion and optimization of sales processes (cross- and upselling,...)
  • Development of a CRM roadmap together with the management
  • Expansion and optimization of the use of our CRM tool Zendesk.
  • Carrying out cross-departmental projects with regard to increasing our customer benefit (for example, creating FAQs for our website).
  • Preparation of reports as a basis for structural improvement proposals.
  • Engagement in the daily business of the customer support team with the aim of sustainably improving complaint management and the return rate.
  • Close cooperation and coordination of communication with various departments

Your Profile

  • +1 year of relevant professional experience in CRM, ideally in e-commerce
  • High social competence, team and communication skills as well as a healthy portion of assertiveness
  • You are not afraid to make decisions and to represent them across departments
  • Independent, structured and analytical approach coupled with high affinity for optimization
  • You convince with a flair in sales
  • You feel comfortable in the dynamic interaction between the departments
  • Experience with common CRM systems, at best with Zendesk
  • Good written and spoken German, preferably at native language level
