As our first Affiliate Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operative implementation of our international affiliate marketing.
Your Job
- Introduction of an affiliate system and processes
- Conception, implementation and optimization of affiliate marketing measures
- You set up a network, identify and acquire suitable partners independently
- Continuous development and improvement of cooperation and partnerships
- Budget planning and ongoing monitoring based on predefined performance KPIs
- You analyze the campaign results and make decisions regarding further partner-strategy and thus ensure the effectiveness of the measures taken
- You coordinate with relevant internal departments like marketing and controlling
Your Profile
- You are a match for the exciting position due to your experience in affiliate marketing of at least 2 years
- You are equipped with strong analytical skills and have fun dealing with numbers
- You are communicative, a strong negotiator and can manage to fascinate our partners
- You are equipped with good technical knowledge about structure and the functionality of websites and tracking-codes
- Affinity to social media as well as interest in trends and innovations in digital media
- You possess strong initiative and flourish in a dynamic work environment
- Good German and very good English skills written and spoken
- Dutch is an advantage
