We are looking for you

For Global-Tickets we are looking for a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) from 30h/week at the earliest possible time.

You are characterized by a friendly and communicative manner?

You are a performance-oriented team player with strong customer awareness and would like to actively support us in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction?

As Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) at Global Tickets, you will not carry out a typical call center job.

Together with the team, you offer our customers the best possible experience by guaranteeing an excellent pre- & after-sales support.

Your Job

  • All communication with our customers, such as advice on motorsport events and -trips
  • Order processing by phone, targeted and with positive charisma
  • Handling of customer inquiries regarding user accounts, order status and product questions
  • Preparation and follow-up of open processes for ticket purchases of our customers
  • Error and complaint management
  • Reputation management
  • Administrative tasks in the back-office area of motorsport events and -trips
  • Process optimization in customer service together with the team

Your Profile

  • Communication skills and joy in dealing with people
  • Strong customer orientation and service awareness
  • You set priorities correctly and keep an overview
  • You work and act independently
  • Team spirit and careful working methods
  • Excellent written English skills (other languages are an advantage, but not required)
  • Interest in personal development in our growing team
