Global Tickets for the win
Global Tickets were very seamless with providing the documentation we needed for our accommodation, our F1 tickets and our transport to and from the track, the only note is they should be more clear on the meeting point being in the hotel lobby on the first morning of the event. Still a wonderful experience with everything already considered and accommodated for requiring no additional thought by me throughout the weekend.

A Weekend at Silverstone
The coaches were great. Everyone was super friendly. I am happy that all the logistics for the weekend were taken care of. Communication on where a person will be sitting could be a lot better. I paid for an upgraded seat so I expected to be in a covered grandstand. Instead we were all put it direct sunlight, got burned, and it put a damper on the weekend. The hotel was garbage. No laundry facilities on site, the first night I found a hair in my sheets when I went to crawl into bed, the towels stunk, and there wasn’t even a washcloth provided to scrub off all the dirt from the track. Service at the hotel was very slow. The second night I tried to order food from their bar. I was declined service because their electricity was out. I tried to call reception from my room multiple times with no answer. Overall I feel like I paid way too much money for the services rendered.

Austrian F1 experienced
The tickets arrive, hotel was booked, transfers worked. This is not a cheap product so I was very surprised at the lack of information forthcoming after purchase. Purchased around Dec, despite a number of requests, no itinerary was made available until June. Hotel is poorly located, away from amenities in Graz. Limited food options in the evenings. Transfers to the event were good. Staff on the ground were helpful but overall I feel GT could do better.
