Not as good as it used to be.
This is the third time we have used this company, however the hotel, despite being a 4 star is not the usual best western standard we have had before. Service in general is way below par, I would have rated it a 3 star. Despite mentioning we had no hot water in our bathroom sink, 3 days later and it’s still not been rectified. The car park is very tricky to get in and out of. The bar & breakfast is not the best. That said, the coach service to and from the race track was very efficient and of the usual high standard. However we felt representative wasn’t as “friendly” as our previous ones. He was a nice enough chap, but never remembered us, which the others always did. I have never minded paying your asking prices until now, my wife and myself feel corners have been cut to save money. We last used you to go to Misano 2 years ago & and Jerez a couple of years before that. Both trips were fantastic, this one unfortunately has been very average.

First time in Misano, absolutely amazing
