In your role as a HR Manager, you don’t just keep all your ducks in a row; you also use your excellent organisational skills to achieve our HR objectives.

Your Job
- Point of contact for management staff and employees for all HR issues
- Recruitment, e.g. writing job descriptions, selecting candidates, reaching out to applicants, interviewing, onboarding
- Administrative HR tasks, e.g. drawing up employment contracts, certificates, references, managing employee data, offboarding
- Providing and developing HR processes
- Active involvement in various interdepartmental projects
- Co-operation with the accountant and other external partners
Your Profile
- You have completed business training as a HR Services Consultant and/or have a degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resource Management or similar
- Several years of experience in HR management, ideally in the field of recruiting or active sourcing
- Excellent organisation and planning skills: you are able to set priorities and show flexibility when it comes to organising your working day
- Strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
- An independent, solution-orientated approach to work with a heavy focus on service
- Very good written and spoken German and English; Dutch language skills are advantageous
