We are looking for you

As a HR professional, you know exactly what it takes to support employees and find new ones.

In your role as a HR Manager, you don’t just keep all your ducks in a row; you also use your excellent organisational skills to achieve our HR objectives.

Do you have a passion for HR? Do you want to work alongside our management team and put your HR expertise into practice in an international environment? You could be the person we are looking for!

Your Job

  • Point of contact for management staff and employees for all HR issues
  • Recruitment, e.g. writing job descriptions, selecting candidates, reaching out to applicants, interviewing, onboarding
  • Administrative HR tasks, e.g. drawing up employment contracts, certificates, references, managing employee data, offboarding
  • Providing and developing HR processes
  • Active involvement in various interdepartmental projects
  • Co-operation with the accountant and other external partners

Your Profile

  • You have completed business training as a HR Services Consultant and/or have a degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resource Management or similar
  • Several years of experience in HR management, ideally in the field of recruiting or active sourcing
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills: you are able to set priorities and show flexibility when it comes to organising your working day
  • Strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
  • An independent, solution-orientated approach to work with a heavy focus on service
  • Very good written and spoken German and English; Dutch language skills are advantageous
