Your Job
- Responding to customer inquiries (via email and phone) in both German and English
- Providing advice and assistance to such customer inquiries regarding user accounts, order status and product issues
- Customer-friendly and competent processing of telephone orders
- Making our website more customer-friendly by reporting customer feedback to the appropriate departments
- Participating in team and cross-departmental meetings to improve internal structures and processes in support
Your Profile
- In stressful situations you don’t lose focus of the overarching goal and set the right priorities
- Your approach is characterised by independence, personal responsibility and holistic thinking
- You are a communicative team player with a high service orientation
- You feel comfortable with dynamic interaction between the departments
- You have high advisory and sales skills paired with an open and sympathetic approach
- You have fluent proficiency in German and English, both in spoken and written skills (other languages are an advantage, but not required)
- You have an interest in personal development within our growing team
