Are you a finance enthusiast with a knack for numbers? Embark on an exciting journey in the world of finance, where you’ll gain hands-on experience to ensure that the entire finance and accounting processes run smoothly.
Your responsibility will be mainly the support of the team for 16-32 hours a week. Whenever they need a helping hand, you will be able to gain new insights into the financial world of a growing company. During the daily business you will take on preparatory tasks and carry out critical administrative work.

Your areas of responsibility
- Supporting the team in their processes with invoices, data cleaning, and more
- Take on preparatory tasks and carry out administrative work
- Preparing payments for partners and events
- Booking of purchase invoices for our departments
- Maintaining and organizing (various) mailboxes
- Assist in the development of various projects
- Archiving important documents
- Assisting with the monthly closing
Your profile
- You’re following an educational track regarding Accountancy/Finance or hold a completed MBO / HBO course in a similar field
- Working in Excel is a second nature for you
- You have working experience in a similar position
- You assert yourself good communication skills and an independent work ethic
- Command of the English and German language is essential, while knowledge of Dutch would advantageous
- An eye for details and your sense of neatness round off your profile
