STO Garant Guarantee Scheme

To comply with the legally required warranty obligation, TD Entertainment C.V. uses the STO Garant guarantee system. You can check whether the company is listed as a participant on the STO Garant website (www.sto-garant.nl/en/members). You can find all information relating to STO Garant at www.sto-garant.nl/en.

Whether the STO Garant warranty applies to a specific (travel) offer from TD Entertainment C.V. is clearly indicated for each offer. The guarantee scheme describes what is covered and under which conditions. You can find the guarantee scheme on the STO Garant website (www.sto-garant.nl/en/downloads).

If the STO Garant warranty applies to your booking as a consumer, you pay the booking amount to TD Entertainment C.V., which is then transferred to the escrow account of Stichting Derdengelden Certo Escrow, a payment service provider registered with De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). This escrow account holds your booking amount until the end of the booked trip. If services are not provided fully and/or on time due to TD Entertainment C.V.'s financial insolvency, the STO Garant warranty applies to the booking amount. The guarantee scheme describes how you can claim in such a case.
