In your role as a Human Resources Manager (m/f/d), you don’t just keep all your ducks in a row; you also use your excellent organisational skills to achieve our HR objectives.

Your Job
- Point of contact for management staff and employees for all HR issues
- Operational recruiting for permanent positions (e.g. creation of job advertisements, applicant selection, active approach, conducting interviews)
- Continuous optimisation and adaptation of recruiting processes
- Expansion of direct approaches via LinkedIn, Xing and other portals
- On- and Offboarding of employees
- General administrative HR tasks (employment contracts, certificates, references, managing employee data)
- Providing and developing HR processes
- Active involvement in various interdepartmental projects
Your Profile
- You have completed business training as a HR Services Consultant and/or have a degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resource Management or similar
- Experience in HR management, especially in the field of recruiting or active sourcing
- Excellent organisation and planning skills: you are able to set priorities and show flexibility when it comes to organising your working day
- Strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
- An independent, solution-orientated approach to work with a heavy focus on service
- Very good written and spoken Dutch and English as well as at least basic knowledge of German
