We are looking for you

Are you passionate about customer experience optimization and know what makes target groups tick?

As our first Analytics & Conversion (CRO) Specialist (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to work with us to develop and implement a conversion rate optimization program from scratch.

The position is also possible on a project basis for 6 months.

Your Job

  • You independently and proactively optimize the conversion rate of our online shop
  • You will analyze our website performance, identify opportunities for growth and scaling and develop a structured test strategy based on this information
  • You develop hypotheses, create test roadmaps and conduct A/B as well as multivariate tests to continuously optimize the user experience and ensure compliance with relevant KPIs
  • You evaluate the results of the implemented tests and accompany the implementation of successful tests on our website in case of positive results
  • You will develop and implement data-driven measures to improve the user experience and optimize the conversion rate
  • You work closely with different departments and stakeholders (tech, customer service, content) to provide our users with a consistent journey from the first touchpoint to purchase

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and online marketing, ideally in the area of conversion rate optimization
  • You have already demonstrably contributed to improving the customer journey in several projects and thus to increasing the conversion rate
  • You are experienced in the use of A/B testing tools, web analytics and tracking
  • You have sound knowledge in the use of common web analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target and Analytics, Google Analytics and Optimize, Optimizely, HotJar Kameleoon...) and ideally have already worked with personalisation tools such as Salesforce or Dynamic Yield
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web technologies is an advantage.
  • You are a real hands-on type and like to take responsibility
  • You think analytically and are solution-oriented, have an affinity for data and a strategic approach, at the same time, you are creative and no stranger to behavioral psychology
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • German or Dutch are an advantage
  • European citizenship is required!
