We are looking for you

For Global-Tickets we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) from 30 hours per week, as soon as possible.

As an HR professional, you have long been aware of what is important in terms of employee support and recruitment.

You not only keep all sheep in the dry, but also bring us to our (HR) goals with your determined organizational talent.

As HR Business Partner (m/f/d) you are responsible for the management of our HR team and take the personnel and recruiting strategy of Global-Tickets to a new level.

You can look forward to exciting projects with a wide range of activities, including department building, talent management, employer branding and more.

Are you a passionate HR specialist, want to exchange ideas with our management on an equal footing and use your HR know-how in an international environment (Dutch-German team)? Then we’re looking for you!

Your Job

  • Leadership and further development of our two-member HR team
  • Contact person and interface between the management, executives and employees (60 staff) for all personnel-related matters
  • Implementation and optimization of all recruiting measures, e.g., preparation of tenders, selection of applicants, active approach, conducting job interviews, on- and offboarding
  • Creation of recruiting campaigns, budget planning and corresponding reporting to management
  • Development of a modern and suitable personnel strategy in coordination with the management, suitable for the ambitious growth plans of global-tickets.com
  • Further development of our HR processes in the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, employer branding, HR development)
  • Communication with our employment lawyers for German and Dutch employment law
  • Personnel administrative activities (employment contracts, attestations, certificates, management of employee master data)

Your Profile

  • You have completed training and/or a degree with a focus on human resource management, personnel or comparable
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in operative and/or strategic personnel management and recruiting or active sourcing, experience as a team leader is an advantage
  • With you, we gain a strong organizational and planning talent with the ability to set priorities and coordinate the tasks of your team in a goal-oriented manner
  • You combine strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, and the desire to drive things forward
  • You have an empathic, clear and targeted communication at eye level - regardless of your counterpart
  • Fluent Dutch and English in spoken and written form and at least basic knowledge of German complete your profile
